Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Roylithia Global Technologies Limited (“Roylithia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 9040446, with its registered office at No. 66 Zone B Chikakore Byazhin Kubwa Abuja FCT, Nigeria.

They cover your use of:

• Roylithia Campus — academy.roylithia.com and the Roylithia Campus Android app (package name com.roylithia.campus) — the social and study app for university students.

• Roylithia Scribe — scribe.roylithia.com — our academic writing tool.

• Roylithia.com — our company website, and any other Roylithia service that links to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and it forms part of these Terms.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any Roylithia service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Campus is built for university students and is intended for users aged 16 and above (18 and above where your institution requires it).

If you are under 18, you may only use the services with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. We may ask you to confirm your age.

• Accurate details — give true, current information when you register.

• Keep it safe — keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

• One account per person — do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

• Report problems — tell us immediately at roylithia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Leaving — you can delete your account at any time from inside the Campus app, or by emailing us.

When using Roylithia, do not:

• Break the law — or help anyone else do so.

• Cheat — do not use the services to cheat in exams, tests, or graded work, or to help others cheat.

• Harm people — no harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or impersonation.

• Post harmful content — no sexual content involving minors, scams, or content that puts other students at risk.

• Abuse the service — no spam, scraping, or overloading our systems; no malware; no attempts to break into our systems or other users’ accounts.

• Copy our tech — do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our apps, except where the law allows it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will report serious abuse to the authorities where appropriate.

• You own your content — your notes, posts, messages, essays, and other material stay yours.

• Permitted use — you give us permission to host, store, and display your content only to operate and improve the services — for example, syncing your notes across devices.

• Rights and respect — only upload content you have the right to share, and keep Campus respectful — posts may be visible to other students in your network.

• Academic honesty — Scribe is a writing aid, not a way around your school’s rules. You are responsible for the work you submit and must follow your institution’s academic honesty policies.

The Roylithia name and crest, our apps, designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

• How you pay — paid features and subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and managed for us by RevenueCat.

• Pricing — prices are shown in the app before you pay, and payment is charged to your Google Play account.

• Renewals — subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in Google Play at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds — refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.

• Ads — some free features may be supported by ads (Google AdMob). We may change which features are free or paid over time.

We work to keep Roylithia running, but we do not promise the services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue a service.

If we discontinue something you have paid for, we will act fairly — for example, by refunding unused subscription time where required.

Roylithia relies on third parties such as Google Play, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and cloud hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the service, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that:

• Results — the services will meet your expectations or improve your grades.

• Campus content — notices or content posted by other users are accurate or complete.

• Scribe output — generated text is error-free or ready to submit without your review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Roylithia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, grades, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₦10,000 if you paid nothing during that time).

We may suspend or end your access to the services if you break these Terms, if we are required by law, or if we discontinue the service. You can stop using Roylithia and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms as our products or the law change. When we make a material change, we will tell you in the app, on the website, or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria. Before going to court, please contact us first — most issues are solved with a quick message, and we will always try to resolve things fairly.
